FOLLOW-UP EXAMINATIONS
For Patients with an Appointment
Insert your medical examination card into the return visit reception machine next to the main entrance to get your numbered waiting ticket.
Hand in your ticket at the reception desk of the respective department to confirm your arrival.
*Once a month, we are required to check your health insurance status. If it is your first visit for the month, please submit your health insurance card to the payment counter at the department where you were treated.
When your ticket number appears on the screen, proceed to the central waiting room.
Enter the examination room when your name is called.
After your examination, you will receive your invoice from the payment counter at the department that saw you.
Pay your fee at the automated payment machine at counter No. 6.
*If you are unsure how to use the machines, please speak with one of our on-duty staff.
Submit your receipt’s prescription exchange ticket at the prescription counter to receive your official prescription.
If the medication is available at the hospital, you may bring your prescription exchange ticket to the pharmacy counter to receive your medicine.
For Patients without an Appointment
If you are receiving an examination at a specific department for the first time, or if it has been two years or more since your last visit, please check in at the general reception desk first.
Insert your medical examination card into the return visit reception machine to the right of the main entrance and follow the instructions.
After all your information has been entered, your medical examination card and numbered waiting ticket will be issued. Hand in this ticket at the reception desk of the respective department.
